| InfoSeal documents provide for efficient processing
from imaging to mailing. We eliminate steps and materials to
provide speed, reduce cost, and-most importantly-provide simplicity.
A self-mailer eliminates the need for costly envelopes and
time-consuming inserting, while increasing the security of
a document. Compared to other self-mailers, InfoSeal's strength
is its flexibility and ability to support multiple uses.
A few of the advantages are:
- Shelf Life - InfoSeal has a 24-month self life; some other
products only have 6 to 12-month shelf life. This allows
for larger orders, lowering the unit cost.
- Cash Flow - With the InfoSeal two-way mailer (which includes
a tear out return envelope), you may image important account
numbers and postal information directly on the reply envelope.
One of the best methods to improve cash flow is to include
a return mail device with billing statements or invoices.
- Value Added - Cards, labels, buck slips, and pockets may
be incorporated into these documents. No other solution
provides for so much flexibility.
- Compatibility - Due to our patented production process,
InfoSeal is not affected by any of the imaging processes
in use today. Many other products on the market have glue
that becomes desensitized by printers with fuser oils.
At InfoSeal, we believe a folder sealer should support multiple
applications such as payroll, invoicing and statements, direct
mail, notification and confirmation mailings-all types of
communications. InfoSeal documents don't provide a single
answer for only a single application; they provide a complete
solution.
